Hall Rental

Our hall will accomodate 80-100 people comfortably. The Rental will include access to rectangular or round tables (your choice) and chairs.

There are coffee urns available and a tea kettle. Our kitchen is fully equiped with a double stove, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Access to our wifi and bluetooth speakers.

There is a fully stocked bar available and we provide the bartender(s).

A deposit of 50% is due with a signed contract on rental with the balance due the week before your event.

Rental Rates (are subject to change):

$70.00 an hour + HST

 1. The hall shall be left in the same condition after the event, as it was prior. Any and all damages shall be charged to the Group/Individual named on the rental form.
2. Smoking and lit candles are not permitted in the building.
3. If the bar is requested, the Innisfil Lions Club will provide the bartender. NO other individuals are allowed to serve alcohol. No outside liquor/beer is permitted in the building or on the property.
4. If the bar is used, all alcoholic beverages shall remain inside the building. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL outside the hall. Failure to comply will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the event.
5. 30 day notice of cancellation is required, failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of deposit.
6. Any dispute over any item arises, the decision of the Innisfil Lions Club Hall Management Committee shall be final and binding.
