CIRCULAR ON WEB MMR (Sent to all the PST's, ZC's, RC's & DC's) :

Dear Lion Leader,

Hope you  were all busy with service activities. I hope you are going through all my informative Circulars, and making use of them.
I am very glad to enlighten you through this Circular on "Web Monthly Membership Report" (WMMR). I suggest, encourage and strongly recommend you to submit your reports through internet, if you are not doing so. Congratulations, if you are already communicating through web.

If you follow the following few lines, you can be a part of saving your club and the LCI, thousands of Rupees as we begin to build a new electrtonic future.
Can you imagine how large 44,000 MMRs that arrive from 44,000 Clubs at our International Head Quarters each month? This stack is over 6 feet high.
Obviously, this information has to be carefully entered on the computers at Head Quarters, manually and correctly. Then only our New Members get their LION Magazine.
Electronic can be more accurate also. To help ourselves, start using this new invention of Web MMR.

To aquaintain yourself, go to seminar that appears on line at www.uitti.net/OnlineMemReport
For reporting your MMR through Web, just log on to www.lionsclubs.org, scroll down a little and click on the menu item Member and Officer Reports / Directory Information.
Your first step is to establish a pass word protected account with LCI. You will probably have to wait until a regular business day to receive your account (pass word).
To obtain a pass word, the Club President or Secretary must contact International Head Quarters via email at IT@lionsclubs.org
I recommend that you provide your full name, complete mailing address, club name and club ID number, which may help the processing go faster.
You will receive the PASS WORD through email, so please, PRINT IT OUT, SAVE IT, and REMEMBER IT. Though you can get a new PASS WORD any time, it will delay your work that you want to do in future.
Review the HELP section by clicking on the button NEW FORM INSTRUCTIONS. In the future, the LCI Online Membership Report may change. This should contain the latest instructions on it's use.
Use your Club ID and the PASS WORD that you received from the LCI, when you are ready to file your WMMR.
If you have altready filed electronically before, you can look up the information that you will need to file the current month;s report. You can even select the earlier reports and print.
It might be necessary to send, email or FAX these reports to your Zone Chairman, Region Chairman and the District Governor.
In future, these leaders will have direct accessto your reports, which will eliminate any delay.

I once again remind you of my encouragement to all the clubs with an incentive of Rs.1,116/- each, if the club sends all the MMR's alongwith Activity Reports, Action Photos with Club Banner and Treasurer's Reports regularly on time.
