Benifit: Can recomend patients for available treatment upto Rs. 10,000/- (USD-200) in a year at hospital charges.

Becoming a GOLD CARD HOLDER: 

Your Contribution: Rs. 51,000/- (USD- 1,000)

Benifit- Can recomend patients for available treatment upto Rs. 5,100/- (USD-100) in a year at hospital charges.

Becoming a GREEN CARD HOLDER:
