Announcements :

•  Scholarship and Book Grant winners for This year were Scholarship is Katelyn Tedrow. Book Grant winners are Jeffrey Legros & Madalyn Thrasher.
• Fortunaetly the Covid 19 Pandemic has subsided and, All Concession Trailer events for this year are back ON. We will be in Alliance on July 4th.  We will be at the Homeworth Homecoming Saturday July 24th And at Silver Park Alliance for Carnation Days In The Park Wednesday August 11th thru Saturday August 14th. 
• Our next regular meeting is Monday June 21st. It will be our 1st outdoor meeting of the Summer.  
• We ​would like to thank all the volunteers who came out and helped us Last year, and hope to see you all next year.
• We will also be in Homeworth On Sunday June 27th from 3-5pm for the Hometown Heroes Concert.  Come out and Enjoy!!.

Activities :

For over 69 years, The Homeworth Lions Club have served the Homeworth area through hard work and commitment to make a difference in the lives of people in this area. We are members of the world's largest service organization, Lions Clubs International. The following list is just a few ways that we serve our community:

• • Eye Care Program: Exams and glasses provided free of charge to people who can not otherwise afford this care.
  • Pre-School Eye Screenings.  Elementary School Eye Screenings: Conducted in the West Branch Local School District to detect possible sight problems in school children.
  • Holiday Food and Gift Baskets: Provided to families in the Homeworth and West Branch community to help make the Holiday Season more enjoyable.
  • Homeworth Community Easter Egg Hunt
  • Homeworth Halloween Parade and costume contest
  • Sponsor a hot-stove baseball team
  • The Homeworth Lion Club is proud to sponsor LEO Clubs at the West Branch Middle School and at the West Branch High School.
  • The Homeworth Lions Club gives  Scholarships & a Book Grants to graduating Seniors at West Branch High School.

The Club host several fundraising events to to support our activities financially. Some of these projects are:

• • Funnel Cakes and Lemon Shakes are sold during the Carnation Days in the Park Festival. We also have the concession trailer at Alliance 4th of July festivities, along with The Homeworth Homecoming in July.
