The Lions Club of Hobart Town Incorporated was chartered on 15 December 1975 and since then has been actively supporting the local and the wider Tasmanian community. The Club also supports the Australian and International Communities through Lions Foundations.
 

We are a community not-for-profit and part of the largest service organisation in the world are committed to supporting many worthwhile services and are always ready to assist when the community needs a hand.

The money raised from different events supports our donations to organisations such as The Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation, Parkinson’s Association, Radio for Print Handicapped, Lions Childhood Cancer & Cord Blood Research Foundation, Lions Australia Diabetes Foundation, Australian Lions Drug Awareness, Lions Eye Health Program, Lions Youth of the Year and many more.
