Treasurer Report: 
Executive Board Meeting. 16 Members present
2 Perspective members will be at the September meeting
Meeting was called to order by Gary Lemke at the Community Center.

Old Business
Final bills in process of being paid.
Club will hold Veterans memorial donations till needed. Sargento donating $2500
Brady is storing the Hilbert Lions trailer, He will set a date to upgrade shelving.

New Business
Brady is coordinating a wheelchair ramp build project for Dennis Hernke
Roger will chair the Cereal Challenge. Lions will donate $5 a box up to $2500
Cornea transport training certificates were handed out.
Hilbert Lions are on call for Cornea Transports in September
Wes will chair Delightfully Calumet.
Hilbert Lions spot has changed for Delightfully Calumet Christmas Light Show.
Meeting concluded at 6:33PM.
Next Meeting will be a board meeting on 8/21/2025 7:00PM at Local Lounge
