1931 The Hasbrouck Heights Lions Club was founded,  making it one of the oldest and longest running Lions Clubs in New Jersey.

1945 Lions paid for the installation of Lights at the athletic filed.  Distinguishing Hasbrouck Heights to be the first town in the state to play football under lights.

1956 the club donated land to the borough of Hasbrouck Heights for a park, later named Woodland Park.

19xx Lions became one of the first sponsors of a little league baseball team,  making the club one of the original and longest running sponsor in town. 

1965 HH Lions Club held its first annual golf outing that continues to this day.
