Eye Glass collection to support Lions Recycle for Sight program

Eye Screening for all primary students in Hallettsville area schools

Lions support - Hospics, Meals on Wheels, local youth sport teams

Arts and Craft Show and Cookie Sale -  Sunday, December 8th from 9:00 - 3:00 - a full house of vendors display their wares to attendees, home made cookie sale and a raffle at the end of the day with a major prizes

College Scholarships - Awarded every year to three students from each local school and two nursing student, each recipients application is scored on outstanding academic, extracurricular activities, honors and community service.

White Cane Day - Held each year in April, this event raises funds for donation to the Lions Eye Bank and other sighted institutions.  The Lions Club sponsors the cost of eyeglasses for the needy children in the local schools.
