Some of the activities the Gates Greece Lions have participated in:
- Volunteered at the 2015 Beep Baseball World Series at the Grace and Truth Sports Park.
- Volunteered at the 2018 Beast of the East tournament and provided welcome bags to visually impaired beep baseball teams.
- Donated funds to the Greece Public Library for the purchase of large print and audio books for the blind and visually impaired.
- Participated in the Spruce Up Greece Campaign.

- Sent Christmas stockings to military members overseas.
- Donated toys at Christmas.
- Rang bells to support the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign.
- Delivered Thanksgiving food baskets.
- Provided scholarships to high school seniors.
- Provided glasses to those unable to provide for themselves.
- Conducted vision screening for pre-school children.
- Gave awards to high school student volunteers.
- Provided residents with temporary loans of medical equipment like walkers, wheelchairs, and shower chairs.

- Sponsored and participated in Halloween parties for senior citizens living in adult homes.
- Donated to ABVI/Goodwill (Association of Blind and Visually Imparied) We purchased a money reader and ticket scanner for the Goodwill store in Stoneridge Plaza. This allows visually impared individuals to work at the store. http://www.goodwillfingerlakes.org/
