Gun Raffle:  The drawing was held on Nov. 16, 2013 at the NorthBound Spirits.  All proceeds will go to community projects.

Thanksgiving Dinner:  A freewill offering Thanksgiving dinner was held on Thursday, November 28, 2013 from 10:00am until 1:00pm.  It was held at the VFW in Menahga and the community turnout was great.    Proceeds went to the Menahga Area Food Shelf.

Christmas Baskets:  We raised money and delivered 50 Christmas Food Baskets to familys in need around the community.  Last year we delivered 35 baskets with everything needed for a Christmas Family dinner.

Poster Contest for 6th Graders:  The poster of 6th grader Samantha Piper from Menahga came in 2nd place at the Midwinter 5M9 Convention held at Mahnomen, Mn.  Congratulaations Samantha.
