1. Vision screening is done 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month from 8:30 am - 12:00 noon at St. Vincent House in Galveston, Texas. Also our club's Vision Screening Team does vision screening on ISD & Community Health Fair for the County and as far as Skidmore ISD.

2. Diabetic Awareness program with diabetic testing at health fair, educate/ inform  audience with the risk factors, prevention of diabetes.

3. The club serves Watermelon/Cantaloupe Party at Texas Lions Camp, in Kerrville once a year during summer camp session.

4.  Every year the members go for the Work Week End in Texas Lions Camp before summer camp starts, to prepare, clean, etc  for safe, excellent & enjoyable summer.

5.  Quarterly , Members cooked and serve dinner for the Ronald McDonald House residents, patients and families of burned patient from all over the country, and states.
