The Francis Creek Lions Club was sponsored by the Two Rivers Lions Club and formally chartered August 5, 1962. The club is dedicated to the betterment of the community and all mankind, and is especially supportive of programs for the blind and hearing impaired

MELVIN JONES FELLOWSHIP RECIPIENTS
Lions International recognizes outstanding individuals by bestowing upon them an award that is named for its founder, Melvin Jones. This fellowship award (LCIF) is the highest form of recognition and embodies humanitarian ideas consisent with the nature and purpose of Lionism. The recipient of this award becomes a model because of the exemplary service to his/her club and the community which is served.
