The Massey Hill Lions Club has proudly served the Fayetteville community for more than 65 years. Our primary mission is to provide eye exams, screenings, and eyeglasses to individuals who otherwise could not afford them. We also support organizations that care for the homeless and individuals with disabilities, assist the Boys and Girls Home of Lake Waccamaw, and provide aid to families facing disasters and difficult times.
Chartered in 1958, the Massey Hill Lions Club was founded to empower volunteers to serve the Fayetteville-Cumberland County community. Our motto, “We Serve,” reflects our commitment to selfless service and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
To support our mission projects, our club hosts two major fundraisers each year. The annual Swinging for Sight Charlie Dixon Memorial Golf Tournament is held every August, and each January we host the largest and longest-running Oyster Roast in the Southeast United States.
The Massey Hill Lions Club meets every Thursday at 7:00 PM at 1613 Camden Road in Fayetteville, NC. Dinner is served at every meeting. Join an organization that is dedicated to creating a lasting impact in our community.Check us out on Facebook!
