- Assist with the distribution of Christmas food hampers
- Work with Tim Horton's for smile cookies. Donations goes to Lions Christmas Telethon. Distribution of toys from telethon to children in town
- Assist with Tim Horton's camp days
- CNIB client Christmas dinner. Free Christmas dinner to all registered CNIB clients in town and their guests
- Bowl for Kids of Elliot Lake
- Lions Spring Fling--Gas and Grocery draw. Proceeds go to selected groups needing assistance. Changes annually.
- Lions Western Jamboree. Beer tent- Barbecue - Yard sale - Entertainment. In conjunction with the city's annual Uranium Heritage Festival held Canada Day weekend.
- Parking marshals for the local Drag Races
- Assist with Relay for Life - Cancer
- Eye glass recycling
