To date the most visible effort of the club would undoubtedly be the development of what is now known as Elk Mound Village Park. The Lions had a vision for a space to bring community together. They approached the Elk Mound Village Board, offering the commitment of the clubs resources and labor to develop the space. The Village purchased the land and the Lions went to work. All the planning efforts and diligence of the club resulted in a park that is always busy with family reunions, celebrations, youth sports and tournaments.

Community projects include:

  • Annual Elk Mound Community Thrift Sale
  • Collection of Eyeglasses / Hearing Aids / Prescription Bottles ~ recycling and distribution worldwide to those in need
