Eyeglass Policy: Once every two years, the Deer Park Lions Club will provide one (1) eye exam and one (1) pair of glasses for individuals who are truly in need of assistance and not able to afford them.
The application MUST live in the Gamber/Smallwood area. Applicants living outside these areas should apply to the Lions Club in their area. Other local clubs are Freedom District, Greater Carroll, Hampstead, Harney, Lineboro-Manchester, New Windsor, Roaring Run, Silver Run-Union Mills, South Carroll, Taneytown, Taylorsville-Winfield, Terra -Ruba, Valley, Union Bridge, Valley,Westminster.
All applicants must apply in writing, describing their circumstances and the need for assistance from the Deer Park Lions Club. Letters must include date, full name, current address, phone number, and best hours to contact applicant.

We do not accept phone calls for eyeglasses from any applicant or agency. All requests must be in writing.
