VALENTINE LUNCHEON

Reserve your tickets by calling one of the phone numbers on the poster, or tickets will also be available on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:00pm in the Cymbria Lions Club (upstairs). Menu will include sandwiches, sweets and beverage (coffee/tea). Tickets available until February 7th.


The Cymbria Lions Club welcomed MLA Brad Trivers to a recent meeting. Brad Trivers presented a plaque to King Lion Garry Doucette and our Chase the Ace Committee of Lion Norman Coffin and Lion Leonard Doucette, in recognition of multiple donations made to our local community with funds earned from our recent successful Chase the Ace fundraiser. Thank you Brad!


 

RECYCLE YOUR REFUNDABLES

"Recycle Your Refundables" pickup is postponed to February 11th due to the forecasted extreme cold weather.    

 

Please have your items sorted in the following manner:

 

BAG #1 - Aluminum Cans (ie. pop and beer)

BAG #2 - Plastic Bottles (ie. water, pop and juice – NO MILK)

BAG #3 - Gable Top and Tetra (ie. juice and sport drinks – NO MILK)

BAG #4 - Glass Bottles (ie. wine and beer)

DANCING

Come dance (ballroom) and socialize at the Cymbria Lions Club. Dances will be held on the last Friday of each month, starting September 30th running until April 28th, 2023 7:30pm - 9:30pm. Cost is $5 per person/$10 a couple. Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Every dance skill level welcome.  Click here for more info.
