Ramp Project for the Smith Family

The Corydon Lions partnered with the mission team from New Beginnings Church in New Albany to build a ramp for Mary and Virgil Smith in Corydon.  You can view pictures of the completed project on our Photo Gallery page.

  Indiana College Success Coalition

The Corydon Lions is a member of the Indiana College Success Coalition.  The coalition is a statewide network to increase the number of students who earn a college degree.  The club awards an annual scholarship to a graduating senior at Corydon Central High School.  The Dan Hardsaw Memorial Scholarship is provided through an endowment fund at the Harrison County Community Foundation.

Reading Action Program (RAP)

The Corydon Lions Club partnered with the Harrison County Public Library to support their Adult Reading Program.   The club donated $200 to provide funding for their reading program to help increase the literacy rate in our community.

  2013 Harrison County Repair Affair

The Corydon Lions donated $500 to be a sponsor of the Harrison County Repair Affair.  his annual event provides assistant to make repairs to people homes who are elderly and/or disabled that cannot do the repairs themselves
