The Corte Madera Lions Club is a major stakeholder in the Recreation Center and was a big part of the recent patio renovation along with the Corte Madera Community Foundation which spearheaded this effort. Phase I was completed summer 2010 and if donations to the Corte Madera Community Foundation for inscribed bricks continue to come in we will start Phase II.   Members donated time and labor in creating a wonderful new outdoor space for use by the community.  The Lions Club donated almost $12,000 for this event and Lion Alex McLean donated a new gas grill for use on the patio. 

Drop by the recreation Center and check out the new patio, look at the inscribed bricks and consider purchasing one by contacting the Corte Madera Community Foundation on their website.
