2013
- Participated in the Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics of Illionis and raised $3,866 in February 2013.
- Volunteered at the Greater Chicago Food Depository in June and July.
- Assisted a family of six from Justice, IL by purchasing school supplies and a pair of eyeglasses for the oldest kid.
- Raised $260 by holding a Zumba in the Park event in October.
- Donated $100 to the Lost Boys Rebuilding Southern Sudan during a club meeting in October that three lost boys presented their story and struggles.
- Raised $56 by holding a "Kids Helping Kids" event at Flying High Sports and Rec Center in November to raise money to the USO's United Through Reading Program. Servicemen and women simply read a book aloud while being recorded on DVD for their child. This service is available at many USO centers in airports, community locations, military medical facilities and overseas bases. The DVD and book are mailed to the child and family back home. All recording equipment, books, packing and shippingmaterials are supplied by the USO.
2012
- Provided funding to Mooseheart Child, City and School to continue to provide excercise classes once a week to high school girls who are not involved in organized school sports.
- Purchased a gift for the Dupage Humanitarian Service Project to provide a local child with from a lower income family a gift for Christmas
- Made donation to the Community Nurse Secret Santa Program, which is a health care incentive program to provide gifts to children who get an annual health and dental exam.
- Purchased a gift for Angle Tree, who provides gifts to children whose parents are incarcaerated on the behalf of their parents.
- Made a donation to Lions Clubs International Foundation for disaster relief.
- Booze for Boobs, fundraiser to raise money for Community Nurse Health Center in LaGrange for their Women's Wellness Programs (October 26, 2012)
- Participated in District 1 A's, Project Pink by collecting items for female soliders overseas.
- Collected and donated 150 books for "Books for Boots" a district collection for soldiers overseas.
- Participated in Candy Days, to raise money for the Lions of Illinois Foundation.
- Held a book drive and collected over 200 books to benefit St. Jude's Hospital.
- Participated in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge in February and raised $4,820 for Special Olympics of Illinois
- Volunteered at the Greater Chicago Food Depository in March
- Planted 3 fruit trees at Envision Unlimted, a social service nonprofit that services adults with developmental disabilities. Recently, the organization launched a horticultural therapy program at their south side Chicago location. The trees were purchaed through Seguin Services, another charitable not-for-profit agency that enriches and empowers people with disabilities.
2011
- Collected shoes for "Share Your Soles" organization. Donated over 100 pairs of shoes!
