CONNEAUT LIONS SCHOLARSHIP

Each spring the Conneaut Lions Club provides scholarships to graduating seniors at Conneaut High School.  This year a total of $3,000 will be awarded to one or more deserving graduates in May. Deadline for submission of the application is Friday, April 18, 2025.

The candidates’ history of academic success, service to school and community, and financial need will all be considered.  Seniors who have been involved with Safety Town and who have family members with a history of Lions service will receive special consideration.

The scholarship is funded by the local club’s annual golf outing from the summer before.  This coming summer the outing and fish fry will be held Saturday, July 26, at the Village Green in Kingsville.  Interested golfers may contact Lions Mike David or Ed Somppi.
