SERVICE ACTIVITIES DURING PST INSTALLATION OF LIONISTIC YEAR 2016-17

Educational Help was given to school students

Artificial limb was provided to the diabled children

Benches and chairs were provided to an elementary school

Hearing Aid was provided to a girl with hearing disturbances

Tailoring machine was donated to 4 people

A sum of 19000 was donated for medicines to an old women

Artificial limb was donated to 10 disabled persons

MEDICAL CAMP CONDUCTED BY LIONS CLUB OF R.S.PURAM EAST 324 B5 AT A VILLAGE NEAR SATHYAMANGALAM ON 31st JULY 2016

The medical camp was conducted and coordinated by LIONS CLUB OF R.S.PURAM EAST 324 B5 at a village near sathyamangalam with the support of K.G.HOSPITAL ,PRABHA AYURVEDA CLINIC,VASAN EYE CARE ,VASAN DENTAL CARE and a team of PHYSIOTHERAPISTS.

People were treated by Dr.P.Srikanth for arthritis,spondylitis,back pain,joint pains and were given with ayurvedic medicines which does not ensure a speed recovery but ensures a permanent recovery.Their eyes were screened by a team of optometrists from VASAN EYE CARE HOSPITAL and their oral cavity was screened by VASAN DENTAL CARE.The team of doctors and nurses from K.G.Hospital also extended their support by taking E.C.G for about 65 people and also screened their blood for diabetes and also gave medicines for their ailments.They were also guide by a team of physiotherapists lead by Dr.MadhanaGopal.

Food was provided to the people who attended the medical camp

WORLD RECORD CREATED IN THE CATEGORY "MOST NUMBER OF PEOPLE THUMBPRINT PAINTING NATIONAL FLAG SIMULTANEOUSLY"

We are proud in celebrating the grand success of creating the World Record in the category "MOST NUMBER OF PEOPLE THUMBPRINT PAINTING NATIONAL FLAG SIMULTANEOUSLY" which was citated by Sri.Karthikeyan Jawahar for ELITE WORLD RECORDS UK PVT. LTD.(LONDON) and Sri.Jeganathan for INDIAN RECORDS ACADEMY and Dr.A.K.Senthil Kumar for ASIAN RECORDS ACADEMY (SINGAPORE) and Sri.L.Raj Krishna for TAMILAN BOOK OF RECORDS. We are also proud that we were a part of this event by providing the thumbprint painting cloth for about 1250 students about 3 000 metres of cloth and the paint used for this painting.We are very happy that this event was purely dedicated to the legend late Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam Sir.

THUMBPRINT PAINTING OF NATIONAL FLAG SIMULTANEOUSLY BY 1242 STUDENTS

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT THOOYA ANTHONIYAR UYARNILAI PALLI ON 15TH AUGUST 2015

OUR NATIONAL FLAG WAS HOISTED BY OUR CLUB PRESIDENT Ln.RAMESH.S AND THEN INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE TOOK PLACE IN WHICH THE SCHOOL NCC STUDENTS PARTICIPATED.

THEN ABOUT 350 SCHOOL STUDENTS WERE PROVIDED WITH SNACKS.

20 SAPPLINGS WERE PLANTED ALONG THE SIDES OF THE SCHOOL PLAYGROUND
