The Clinton Education Foundation and the Clinton Lions Club are collaborating on their annual Golf Tournament. Both organizations have held golf tournaments for a number of years, with the proceeds used to support items outside of the town education budget. In 2012 the CEF and LIONS ini-tiated their first cooperative effort, with wonderful participation and success for each organization, and ultimately for the students in our town.
Once again the tournament will be held
at the Clinton Country Club. The event date is
Monday, June 24, 2019.
We hope that community folks will join us in our efforts. The CEF-Lions Family Classic hosts a Junior Tournament (ages 12—18), a regular golf tournament (men and women over the age of 18), and a Dinner, with Silent Auction, Raffle and enter-tainment. We invite people who do not play in the tournament to join us for a fun evening of dining.
