Meetings

The Clifton Lions Club has been serving the Clifton and district area since 1967. One of the main reasons that Clifton is such a desirable place to stay and live is the community spirit that is felt from all who are here. And the Lions are a major force for that community spirit.

Now we are 14 members strong, but it is a solid, small army of goodwill in this neighbourhood! From clean-up projects to fund raising, to barbecues and officiating community events, the Lions are a constant source of community morale and progress.

We are always looking for new members! If you want to join a 'community' team, a society of friendship and goodwill and fellowship with neighbours, think about joining the Lions. Our motto is "We Serve". There is no financial profit to you to join the Lions, but as a member of a community there is a profit to you and all for your service. Think about where you live; think about what you can do; think about the Lions.

Lions Australia is part of an international association, filled with people who are joined by the common desire to make their communities better, by using their creativity, enthusiasm and energy.

Membership is open to all people of the community in good standing 18 years of age or over.

So... who are the Clifton Lions, and just what do they do?
