The Christiansburg Lions Club invites you to participate in its
32nd Annual Lions Holiday Craft Show
Christiansburg Lions Club’s 32nd Annual Lions Holiday Craft Show will be held on Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our show will be held again this year at the Christiansburg Recreation Center on the corner of Franklin and Cambria Streets. The price for booths is $60 each, plus $8 for each table you would like to have provided by the Recreation Center.
For those who purchased a booth in 2023: Applications must be postmarked by October 1st in order to guarantee returning vendors a spot in the show. If you wish to keep the same booth location, please indicate that on your application form. If you want to change spots, please note your preference for a new location and we will try to accommodate your request. We will be notifying vendors that we received your application by November 8 th.
New vendors: Applications from new vendors must be postmarked by October 15th. We will not be using the application date as the sole determination of who receives one of the limited numbers of available spots. (Typically, only about 20-30 spots open up). We will select the vendors whose booths will have the most positive impact on our show. We will send notifications to all vendors by November 8th regarding the status of their application, and booth number if they make the show.
Please note that our rules require that all items sold by a vendor must be hand-made or hand-altered by the vendor. Those that violate this rule will not be invited to return. All the money that we earn goes to the community, with an emphasis on the purchase of eyeglasses and eye exams for those in our service area that cannot afford them. So, don't miss out on this opportunity to make a little extra spending money for the Holidays and help out a good cause at the same time.

Rules:
1. Booth rental is $60.00 each. (All booths are approximately 10 feet by 10 feet)
2. Entry forms for returning vendors should be received by October 1st to claim your spot from last year or to obtain a preferred location. All new vendors must have their applications postmarked by October 15th. From those applications, we will select the vendors whose booths will have the most positive impact on our show.
3. Approximately 50 tables are available and will be rented by the Rec. Center at a cost of $8.00. Include this in the check for booth rental. (Rented tables are 3ft by 6 ft)
4. Vendor must clean up all trash in their booth before leaving the show.
5. Only hand-crafted items or hand-altered items are allowed – Violations of this rule will result in not being invited back next year.
6. Food sales for baked goods and holiday foods only. Concession items will be available at the snack bar.
7. No refunds will be issued once the booth is assigned to you unless The Christiansburg Lions Club cancels the event.
8. Checks will be cashed Monday, December 9th, following the Craft Show. If the Craft Show is canceled by the Christiansburg Lions Club, checks will be shredded.
9. Crafters must arrive and be setting up prior to 8:15 a.m. in order to claim their spots, or individuals on the waiting list will be allowed to purchase the space. There are no refunds to late arrivals or no-shows.
10. Electricity is available for some booths. Please indicate your electricity needs below.
