The Great Bridge Lions Club is located in Lions District 24D, Region II, Zone D.

CLUB HISTORY

The club was sponsored by the Crossroads Lions Club in 1957, and was chartered on January 24th, 1957. In January 2015 we celebrated our club's 58th anniversary of serving the Great Bridge area. Our first club president was James Spencer.  Although there are no charter members currenty active in the club we have one member (Lion Bobby Dillingham) who will be celebrating his 50th year as a Lion in January 2016.

The club currently has (7) active Melvin Jones Fellowship members in the club.  This award is the highest individual achievement at the club level that any lion can obtain.
