May is the designated month for the Canute Lions Club to collect used eyeglasses to be used for the needy and less fortunate people. A collection box is located nearby for the used eyeglasses. These glasses will be refurbished and used not only in the United States, but around the world.

Please gather up any unused eyewear and help change someone's life with the gift of sight. If you have any questions, please contact any one of the Canute Lion's Club members. We also welcome any amount of financial support that you may be able to contribute to help with the purchase of eyeglasses for those less fortunate adults and children in our community.
