Eyeopener Lions Foundation
Our Club has a charitable Foundation - Eyeopener Lions Foundation - incorporated under the Societies Act (Alberta). Its general purposes are: to support persons with medical problems or disabilities; the creation and funding of community and youth programs that teach responsible citizenship and offer enjoyable recreation for all people;to support and maintain medical facilities, equipment purchases, medical research and handicapped facilities; and to support health care centres and senior citizen centres. The Eyeopener Lions Foundation has authority to issue tax receipts for donations to the Foundation.
