Greetings, Parents, Teachers, any anyone who enjoys a good story: Three Apples Fell From Heaven: One for the Storyteller, one for the Listener, and one for the rest of the world to Make Everybody Happy! Barbara Chamberlain will lead an online seminar for anyone who enjoys a good story. Would you like to make your presentations better? Teach children about stories that have come down through the ages? Improve their reading skills? This seminar is for you! Barbara Chamberlain was a childrens’ librarian for thirty years and a professional story teller. Barbara has led many seminars in creative writing and in storytelling and public speaking. She is a published author of childrens’ short stories and books and the author of the Jaden Steele Mystery Series, set in the Monterey Bay area of California. You are invited to join us for Storytelling 101 March 11 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Learn about the history of storytelling, hear a story, learn to tell your own favorites to your classes or other audiences. You will be given a synopsis of the seminar and Barbara’s Storytelling CD—Rockin’ Folktales. Come and learn about what was the major entertainment for thousands of years.
