General Guidelines for Donations from the Burnsville Savage Lions Club

Emphasis is given to organizations and projects involving sight, hearing, diabetes, children, and assisting those in need.  

Distribution of donations is primarily to the charitable organizations of Dakota and Scott Counties and to state and national projects of Lions Clubs International.

Priority of community needs act as a guide to the expenditure of funds.

The person requesting funds for medical equipment must complete and attach the Medical Equipment Information form.

Net profits from charitable gambling operations are the primary source of the funds distributed and the rules of the Minnesota Gambling Control Board, Lawful Purpose Expenditures, are strictly followed.

Requests received after the 1st of the month will be reviewed in the next month.
