Lion Dave Emery, Past District Governor, was a special guest during the meeting. Lion Emery (middle) presented awards to Curt Hougen (left) and Allison Matson (right) during his visit. Lion Hougen was awarded the Lions of the Year Award from fellow members of the Blair Lions Club for his outstanding spirits of volunteerism. Lions Allison was awarded a Melvin Jones Fellowship Award for her service to the district as zone chair in 2019-2020.
