Join Us ! The first and third Mondays of each month, October through June @ 6:45 pm for dinner and our meeting.  July, August and September we meet the third Monday of the month and do not have a meal.

The Floyd E. Swayze Community Center W231S9205 Riverside St Big Bend WI. It is located on Highway L and the Fox River in Big Bend, WI.

General Information

The hall capacity is 100 people.  The outside grounds and park area are also available for your use.  You may bring in food, beverages (including alcohol-providing you are not selling without proper liceses, permits, insurance, etc.) and entertainment. We have a bar and bar stools for your use.  There are approximately 13-14 banquest tables and chairs, a full kitchen with two refrigerators, microwave and ice machine.  WI-FI, a new Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker system have been recently added. 

We require a completed and signed Rental Agreement plus a $100.00 security deposit to hold your date.  Current rental fee is $300.00 per day and is required 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. 

In accordance with the agreement, your security deposit will be returned (1) if the event is canceled more than 7 days prior, or (2) your rental is in the same condition per the Rental Deposit Requirements form. 

It is the renters responsibility to contact us the week of your event for the key code access information to the hall.
