The Bear Creek ~ Buck Township Lions:

• Give annual scholarships to qualifying graduating students from Bear Creek Township, Bear Creek Village, and/or Buck Township.
• Collect used eyeglasses to be recycled for those in need.
• Helped acquire eyeglasses for community members who needed help.
• Donated $2500 to the Red Cross for Flood Aid
• Donated $500 to the Salvation Army for Flood Aid
• Give poinsettias to our over 80 neighbors
• Serve our Veterans in the VA Nursing Center coffee, juice, and donuts, and give out canteen books
• Have replaced signage on Shades Creek Vol. Fire house
• In addition, a good portion of our annual dues goes for camps for the blind and sight-saving projects throughout the world.
