The rental season of the Baldwinsville Lions Community House in Community Park, Baldwinsville is fast approaching.  The rental season is June 1 through September 30, 2026.  The Community House has a maximum capacity of 99 attendees and tables and chairs for about 80 people with a mix of 30" x 72",  30" x 96" and 60" round tables together with fixed and folding chairs.  The facility includes hot and cold water provided by OCWA,  4 bathrooms - 2 of which are wheelchair accessible, a residential style kitchen with a refrigerator, 4 burner electric cook top, double electric oven and a 3 well kitchen sink. 

Daily user fee is $175 plus a $200 cleaning/damage deposit.  The facility can be reserved  by contacting Jack Osinski BY E-MAIL only at josinski120@gmail.com.  To hold your reservation a $75 non-refundable deposit is required.  On the day of your event you have access from 6am to 9pm.  If you intend to serve alcohol you will need to request a waiver of the open container law from the village of Baldwinsville.  That request should start 45 days prior to your event.  The facility is not available on the first and third Wednesdays of any month during the rental season.   And if you are looking for a caterer for your event, we suggest you try Barney's BBQ.  Call Gary at 315-246-4086.
