2020 : Lions Breast Cancer Awareness

The Lions Club Of Bahrain keeping to the ethos of the club “WE SERVE “ facilitated a webinar on “Breast Cancers awareness” for the community of Bahrain partnering with a panel of Senior Specialists  Dr Iris Brune Erber, Dr Nuha Birido, Dr. Rajani Ramachandran moderated by Dr Sajjan Mathew  on the 26th of October 2020.

Lions Club of Bahrain is  committed to raising awareness about breast cancer through talks and events  that advocate early detection through regular screening, as well as supporting  through various befriending and social activities.

 With breast cancer remaining the most common form of cancer for women , it is inspiring to see  medical fraternity demonstrate that “Every Woman Matters” in the fight against breast cancer while sharing the importance of early detection of breast cancer through regular breast-checks.

2019 : Lions Olympic 

LCOB organized the Lions Olympic were 7 school participated from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Kids from various age categories competed in various athletic events and won points and certificates for their schools. It was a fun day out with the volunteers and support from the school management of The Indian School Bahrain.

2018 : Old Homage Visit

LCOB donated much needed blood pressure machine as per the requirement of Isa Town Old Age centre. 

2018 : Day out for the elderly

LCOB had a breakfast outing with the Bahraini elderly to provide a welcome break from their montonous life in the confines of their old age home.
