Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation Recycling Center November 2022

Lions volunteered in the recycling center to wash, sort and place eyeglasses in containers to be processed, and placed in inventory for international mission trips.

Childhood Cancer Run/Walk/Bike Fundraiser October 2022

On Saturday October 8 - Saturday, October15, 2022, 

Atlanta Caribbean Lions Club will had a 5K (3.1 Miles) Virtual Run/Walk/Bike fundraiser to benefit Childhood Cancer. 

Proceeds to benefit St. Jude Hospital Children Cancer Center and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) AFLAC Cancer Center. 

Vision Initiatives April -December 2022

In partnership with the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, ACLC conducted school and community vision screenings to benefit Gwinnett County and Dekalb County residents.

Diabetes Initiatives June-August 2022

Lion Dr. Dorce presented on Type 2 Diabetes. A seven segment presentation to educate communities across Georgia on nutrition, sleep, stress and exercise.

Food Distributions April-July 2022

Lions partnered with area food bank to provide food to children, families and communities across Metro Atlanta to fight hunger.
