On Spetember 12, 2023, the Arendtsville Lions Club welcomed new member Collin Presser. He was sponsored by his Parents, Lions Kim and Clif Presser.



Three member of the Arendtsville Lions Club were recently recognized as Melvin Jones Fellows for their outstanding service: Jay Stroup, Kim Presser and Clif Presser.



Lion Deb Gibbons and Lion Dave Eisenhart recently received Presidential Certificates of Appreciation from Lions International. Past International Director Larry Edwards made the presentation.



The Arendtsville Lions sponsors the Apple City Leo Club, which consists of students in Grades 7 through 12 at Biglerville High School.



Twice a year our club joins with members of the Apple City Leo Club to clean up trash along two stretches of road leading into Arendtsville.



The Arendtsville Lions have sponsored a Peace Poster contest for sixth graders at the local school since 2005. Picture is the winner of the 2023 poster contest. The contest theme was "Dare to Dream."



Each year, our club hangs wreaths along Main Street to help brighten the town during the holidays.



Members of the Arendtsville Lions Club help prepare meals for 5th grade students during Upper Adams Intermediate School's Environmental Education Camp.



Pictured is the Arendsville Lions Restaurant at the South Mountain Fair Grounds. The restaurant is the clubs primary means of fundraising. The Lions operate the restaurant durning fairs/festivals from April through October.
