On Spetember 13th, the Arendtsville Lions Club welcomed new member Hailey Light. She was sponsored by her grandmother and aunt. Hailey has been involved with club activitieis since she was in third grade and recently graduated from high school.
Members of the Arendtsville Lions Club recently deliverd 450 pairs of earbuds to students and staff of the Upper Adams Intermediate school. The earbuds allow students to work on their laptop computers without disturbing other students.

The Arendtsville Lions sponsors the Apple City Leo Club, which consists of students in Grades 7 through 9 at Biglerville High School.
Twice a year our club joins with members of the Apple City Leo Club to clean up trash along two stretches of road leading into Arendtsville.
The Arendtsville Lions have sponsored a Peace Poster contest for sixth graders at the local elementary school since 2005. Picture are the winners of the 2021 poster contest. The contest theme was "We Are All Connected."
Our club hold Bingo fundraisers each year - one in April and one in November. Proceeds go into our charitable giving fund and help support individulas in need as well as a variety of non-profit organizationations in our area.
Each year, our club hangs wreaths along Main Street to help brighten the town during the holidays.
Members of the Arendtsville Lions Club help prepare meals for 5th grade students during Upper Adams Intermediate School's Environmental Education Camp.
Pictured is the Arendsville Lions Restaurant at the South Mountain Fair Grounds. The restaurant is the clubs primary means of fundraisng. The Lions operate the restaurant durning three fairs/festivals throughout the year.
