The Angola Lions Club collects eyeglasses for distribution through Lions Club International. An eyeglass collection box is located at Angola City Hall, with future boxes planned for the public restroom area on North Wayne Street and the mailbox area on West Maumee.

The Angola Lions raise funds each year by selling hot dogs at Angola Balloons Aloft. The Club supports Faith Community Health Clinic, Turning Point Homeless Shelter, RISE, Steuben County Council on Aging and Leader Dogs for the Blind through its Legacy Fund, administered by the Steuben County Community Foundation.
