Hall Rentals 

Hall capacity 60 people - Cost $250 per day - $50.00 refundable deposit required when booking. This deposit will be returned at the end of your event as long as the hall is left in the same condition as it was rented to you and not cancelled within 7 days of your event. 

Liability Insurance - it is the renter's responsibility to provide proof of liability insurance (Event insurance) The Ajax Lions club must be named as additional insured on the policy.

If serving alcohol a special occasion permit is required from the ACGO and your event insurance must state Liquor liability.

We have partnered with Duuo Insurance to give our event hosts access to a preferred rate on coverage.

Hall Rules 

Do not use tape or tacks on the walls (painters tape is allowed)

Do not lean chairs against the wall. 

Do not use confetti of any kind. 

Do take your garbage and recycling with you at the end of your event. 

Do sweep the floors after use. 

Do mop the floors if there are any spills. 

Please note  -  closing time is 12:30 pm. Sharp.
