| Flag Project | On five holidays a year the club places flags in front of homes and businesses. |
| Sweet Corn Festival | The club assists with crowd control at the point at which the parade turns to keep children safe. |
| Football Parking | The club parks cars at Friday night football games. |
| Adopt-A-Highway | The club cleans up a section of Highway 6 east of Adel. |
| Hazardous Waste Pickup | The club helps with the annual cleanup of hazardous waste. |
| Annual Sight Road Block | At a downtown intersection, the club collects donations for the Eye Bank in Iowa City |
| KidSight Vision Screening | Several members of the club are trained for running the KidSight camera so numerous screenings are held throughout the year. |
| Students of the Month | Each month during the school year students are selected and honored at a club meeting along with a donation to the school scholarship fund. |
| Cub Scouts | The club is a sponsor of the local Cub Scout pack. |
| Eyeglasses | Every year donated eyeglasses are turned in to the state office. |
| Can Bin | The club has a drop box where cans are donated and recycled. |
| Peace Poster | The club sponsors entries into the Lion's Peace Poster contest annually. |
