ADAIRSVILLE LIONS AWARD 2017 SCHOLARSHIP

On Thurdsay, May 4, 2017 the Adairsville Lions Club awarded their Annual Lions Scholarship to Justin Green from Adairsville High School. 

Justin was selected from a list of 19 candidates who applied for the scholarship through their school. The Lions Scholarship Committee screened all applicants and chose Justin based on his community service and vocation direction.

Justin will be pursuing a career in the health care industry where he feels he can make a difference in the lives of people who are hurting.  His empathy comes from his own childhood memories of numerous hospital stays where he received encouragement from his doctors and nurses.

"We wish Justin good luck in this educational pursuits," states Lions President Beth Smith
