Our Emphasis is the youth in our community.

Donations are made to various Petaluma community organizations and projects.

We support the Student Speaker Compition with our local high school students, moving on to zone and district contests.

We sponsor Boy Scout Troop 74, Cub Scout Pack 84, The Petaluma Boys and Girls Club and the Petaluma Educational Foundation scholarship.

We actively support Lions White Cane Day and the Lions Eye Foundation.

The Milden-Mortensen 7-11 Petaluma Lions Club Scholarship is awarded to three Santa Rosa Junior College students with a visual impairment or a visual disability. The students must be in good academic standing, enrolled in six (6) units and have financial need.

We also sponsor Canine Companions for Independence located in Santa Rosa.  Other Lions CLubs also heavily sponsor this nationally acclaimed program.

We cook breakfast for the Relay for Life participants and for our high school graduating seniors.

We are active members in the Petaluma Service Alliance.  The Service Alliance is composed of local service clubs, who jointly address citywide projects.

Fund raisers include our 7-11 Crab Feed in January and a community breakfast the morning of the Petaluma Butter and Egg Days Parade.
