Weirton Lions Club focused service involves vision and hearing services.  The club provides eye exams and glasses for needy individuals in the Weirton area following application and proof of need of the individual.  Hearing Aides can also be applied for, with initial application being made through the Weirton Lions Club, followed by WV Lions Sight Conservation Foundation .

​Weirton Lions service also includes projects related to Hunger;Environment and Youth.

Additional projects are based upon community needs and Lions Club resources.
