Thistletown Lions got organized in 1964, then in May of 1965, a Charter Night was held and 29 Lions were inducted as Charter Members of the Thistletown Lions Club. To date, two of these original Charter Members are still with us and we are very proud to have them. Both are Past District Governors –

We hold our Annual Christmas Dinners; SuperBowl Get Together & Fundraiser; Valentine's Dinner & Dance; Celebration of our Charter and we end our Lions Year with our Annual “Lionic”to show appreciation to all our Lions for all the work and dedication they have given to their club.

Thistletown Lions manage Pine Point Banquet Hall, 15A Grierson Road, Etobicoke, ON M9W 3R2 (Tel. # 416-744-7005). We rent the hall out for meetings, weddings, etc. Contact Lion George Bonenfant at 416-722-6342 re bookings.
