Lions Don and Margaret gifting 20 of our backpacks full of needful items to Compass House. They will distribute them to those in need. Another service project we are able to do with fundraising.

Lions Bob and Margaret, donating 8 backpacks to Marni Adams, Fund Development Advisor at SOWINS. They are filled will needful items (and a small bit of cheer). This is in a response to an article in the Herald last week.

Christmas is a time of giving, Penticton Lions Clubs donation of $2000 to S.O.S. Medical Foundation."Giving Tuesday" donations to their Oncology Campaign were matched by Brutus Trucks. Our donation to the South Okanagan Medical Foundation Oncology Campaign 2022 donated before Giving Tuesday for the matching donation by Brutus Truck Bodies.

JDRF SUN LIFE WALK TO CURE DIABETES 2022

SOS Medical Foundation answered the call to upgrade the mammography machine at Penticton Regional Hospital and committed to fund the required $30,00.  Lions Margaret and Bob stepped up with a donation from our Penticton Lions Club of $1,000 to help fund this upgrade. May 2022

As a donation for the 2021-2022 season Penticton Minor Hockey were selling advertising space in the Memorial Hockey Rink. This is our sign placed on the boards in the arena.
