We are involved in many projects within our community and Lions International. Here are just a few:

• Amblyopia Screening – We assist with screenings in the local daycare and preschool systems.
• Eye Examinations – We fund examinations and eye glasses for qualified O'Fallon, Missouri, residents.
• Missouri Lions Hearing Program – We fund the fitting and fine tuning of hear aids for qualified community residents.
• Missouri School for the Blind – We support the work of the school’s mission.
• Leader Dog – We support this group in its mission to train and place specially trained dogs with qualified individuals.
• Missouri Lions Eye Research Foundation (MLERF) - We contribute to this program to enable it to continue its work.
• Celebration of Lights - We participate in this Christmas light display to show our presence in the O'Fallon, Missouri, community.
• Missouri Lions Band Sponsor - We sponsor qualified local band members to participate in the Missouri Lions Marching Band.
• Lions International First Sight Program - We provide financial support to Lions International in their efforts to correct vision problems throughout the world.
