CLUB PROJECTS

To raise funds in support of our various projects, members conduct annually a fish fry and sponsor a golf tournament. 

Our members provide vision screening to the North Little Rock area.  We screen children and adults through daycares, schools, community events and health fairs.  The service is provided free of charge.  We have provided this service since 2006 and have screened thousands of individuals.

We also assisted several individuals who needed financial help in receiving eye examinatons, obtaining glasses or in need of eye surgery.

Thousands of used eye glasses have been collected by our Club over the past few years.  The glasses have been taken to countries like Honduras and Guatemala by Medical Mission groups from several states.

Mid-South Lions Sight and Hearing https://www.midsouthlions.org/services

Each of the above organizations serve the people of Arkansas. 

We also financially support Lions Club International Foundation in its mission, of responding to all types of worldwide appeals. 

100% of funds raised from the public goes to fund our projects.  The club's operating cost is borne by club members.
