9.29.2012 2nd Annual Hudson Lions Day

7th Street Park in Hudson NY

From 10am-2pm the club held a rummage sale, bake sale,

raffle, craft vendors, food , Crusin 93.5 Prize Wheel, flower and pumpkin sales,

and a demonstration of Seeing Eye Dogs.

The club would like to thank all the businesses that donated to the raffle and made donations to the day.

Together we raised over $1,400!

The Hudson Lions Club has been serving our community since  1941!

 Our primary focus is sight and hearing. 

We collect eyeglasses and hearing aids.

We also help the youth in our community by sponsoring:

Hudson Little League

Junior Olympics (since 1991) for ALL

Columbia County summer playgrounds

Hudson Department of Youth Fishing Derby

We have donated funds to:

Hudson Area Library

Hudson Fire Department

Greenport Rescue Squad

Columbia Memorial Hospital

Other donations and activities have included:

Coats for Kids (& Adults) (started 2010)

Local Food Pantry (started 2010)

Lions Camp Badger

Empire State Speech & Hearing

Canine Companions

Blood Drives (since 2001)
