The Greater Carroll Lions Club was chartered on February 17, 2005 having been sponsored by the New Windsor Lions Club.  New Windsor’s then President Kevin Null opened the meeting and introduced the Officers.  Past District Governor John Hopkins, Lion Dick Liebno, Past International President Clement Kusiak along with Lion Walt Weller, were instrumental in our formation.  There were 22 Charter Members on the date of our charter.

Legacy:  The Greater Carroll Lions Club branched from the Westminster Lions Club in 2005.  Many current members of the Greater Carroll Lions Club share a rich history from the Westminster Lions Club in which they and their family members served.
