WHAT WE DO
The Edmond Lions Club is a Community Service Organization, and a chartered member of the Oklahoma State Lions Club District 3SW and Lions Club International.  We perform children's eye site testing in our community when requested by local daycare centers.  Our club donates food to local food banks, and makes cash donations when we can. We support The Meadows of Hope of Oklahoma for at risk children. We collect used eye glasses from local optometrists businesses,  These used glasses checked, and are restributed to those in need internationally.  We provide Trophies for the Annual Lake Arcadia Youth Fishing Derby, and have a fishing pole casting contest and give away several new Rods and Reels to the contest winners. We have access to the State Mobile Health Screening Unit, and can perform health screening when requested by local businesses and other organizations (this will depend on Unit availability and date and time requested).
